About the Journal

Allemania is a journal of German language education with the registered number p-ISSN 2088-7582 and e-ISSN 3063-5381. It is published by the German Language Education Study Program, Faculty of Languages and Literature Education, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia in collaboration with the Ikatan Guru Bahasa Jerman Indonesia (Association of German Language Teachers in Indonesia), DAAD Indonesia, Goethe-Institut, and Indonesischer Germanistenverband (Indonesian Germanists Association). It is published twice a year in June and December. Allemania accepts manuscripts of either quantitative research, qualitative research, mixed-method research, and Research and Development (R&D) written in English.

Specifically, the journal will deal with topics such as German language education, German linguistics, German literature, translation studies, German cultural studies, and pedagogy in German as a foreign language.
