Publication Fees

When the fee is charged
The APC is charged to authors only after a manuscript has been accepted for publication. No fee is charged at the submission, editorial screening, or peer-review stages. Payment instructions are sent by the Editorial Office to the corresponding author together with the notification of acceptance.
What the fee covers
The APC supports editorial management and peer review, copyediting, layout, DOI registration through Crossref, open-access online publication, and digital preservation of the article.
Fee waivers
Authors facing financial hardship may request a fee reduction or waiver from the Editorial Office, with a statement of reasons, before payment is made. Requests are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Independence of editorial decisions
An author's ability or willingness to pay the APC, or a request for a fee waiver, does not influence editorial decisions. Decisions are based on scholarly quality, research integrity, relevance to the journal's scope, and the outcomes of editorial assessment and peer review.
