About the Journal

ALSUNIYAT is a scientific journal in the field of Arabic language education, literature and culture, bilingual (Arabic and English), and published by the Department of Arabic Education, Faculty of Language and Literature of the Indonesia University of Education, in partnership with IMLA (Association of Arabic Lecturers). Click Here to Download MoU.

The Journal has been indexed on DOAJ and ACCREDITED (SINTA 2) as a scientific journal under the decree of the Directorate General of Research Enhancement and Development, Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Ristekbrin) of the Republic of Indonesia, dated 25 September 2023, the Decree Number 150/E/KPT/2023, and effective until 2027.

Alsuniyat Journal contains writings on the results of thoughts and research in the fields of Arabic language education, literature and Culture.  The topics covered include: 1) Learning Arabic Language and Literature, 2) Innovation in Arabic language and literature learning, 3) Study of Arabic culture, 4) Arabic linguistics.

Published every April and October.
