ILaLiS: Indonesian Language and Literature Studies
We are pleased to announce the official launching of ILaLiS: Indonesian Language and Literature Studies. ILaLiS is an open-access and double-blind peer-reviewed journal published biannually in May and September.
Inaugural Issue (Volume 1, Issue 1 – September 2026)
The editorial team is currently finalizing the publication process for our inaugural issue (Vol. 1 No. 1), which is scheduled for release in September 2026 featuring selected research in Indonesian linguistics, literature, and cultural studies.
Call for Papers: Volume 1, Issue 2 (May 2027)
ILaLiS warmly invites researchers, lecturers, and postgraduate students to submit original research manuscripts for our upcoming issue.
Important Dates for Vol. 1, Issue 2 (May 2027):
• Submission Deadline: February 28, 2027
• Peer-Review & Revision Period: March–April 2027
• Publication Date: May 31, 2027

Manuscript Requirements & Policies:
1. Formatting: Manuscripts must be between 5,000–7,000 words, prepared using the official ILaLiS Article Template, and formatted strictly in APA Style 7th Edition.
2. Review Policy: All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review.
3. Access Policy: Open Access under Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY).
Authors are encouraged to prepare and submit their anonymized manuscripts online through our OJS platform.
